10 oz cooked skinless boneless chicken breast
4 cups french style green beans
2 cups canned mixed veggies
2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 package beef stew seasoning mix
1 cup yellow whole corn
2 cups chopped green cabbage
Shred chicken and drain veggies. Mix all together in a crock pot. Let
cook on low all day.
Makes about 9 to 10 cups. One cup serving is 2 points:)
( I freeze the left overs in 1 cup containers, then just pop one in
the microwave for a quick low point lunch! )
1 boneless chicken breast
2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread
1/8 cup tomato(es)
1/8 cup lettuce
1/4 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
Grill chicken breast until done. ( I use my George Foreman grill for
this recipe! Works great!!)
Spray bread lightly with zero point butter spray. Grill bread with
tomatoes, cheese and chicken on it, until breaded is lightly toasted. Remove
from grill. Add lettuce. ( I also add 1 teaspoon fat free Miracle Whip
)
One sandwich is 6 points:)

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can diet coke
1 cup ketchup
Mix coke and ketchup together in a large fry pan. Lay chicken on top of it. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.
Then uncover, bring back to a boil, and let boil between 5 to 10 minutes.
This thickens the sauce and helps it to stick to the chicken.
One 4 ounce piece of chicken is 5 points and is Very Yummy!!:)))))
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup salsa
Place chicken breasts in to crock pot.
Pour black beans and salsa on top of them.
Cover and cook on low through out the day.
One 4 ounce piece of chicken, with small amount of beans on side,
is 5 points and is Very Yummy!!:)))))
