Where has JAcques Antoine been Spotted this week?

Apparently he died in a diving accident sometime. How tragic. How ironic that after putting other people in life threatening and dangerous situations, he himself should die in one.

But did he?

Here at the Gameshow Courtroom, we believe that he has been officially spotted alive more times than Elvis, therefore this on-going feature will attempt to answer the question: Legendary gameshow creator Jacque Antoine - are you dead or alive?

Some TV festival somewhere, may have been Montreux, I can't remember. 1999.

Quoted in an Interview as saying how in France gameshow designers are valued as much as auteurs.

Talking about Fort Boyard:

'I was reading your bio on the UKGSP recently, and it said that Jacques Antoine has died. When did this occur? The reason I ask is that I was watching TVA in October (the network over here that airs FB) and they had him on their morning show talking about how he created the show.' (thanks to Ryan Vickers)
