| Our Heavenly Angel Jon "Chase" |
| Chase was born into the arms of God on July 22, 1999 @ 4:09am. Chase weighed in at 4lbs 1oz & 18inches long. I was 35weeks into a slightly complicated pregnancy when Chase was born silent. My OB at the time ruled Chase's death as a cord accident. Since then we have found out that his death was due to Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR).Which is due to a very rare uterus abnormality that I have. |

| This is my very 1st ultrasound picture of Chase. He was 12weeks in this picture. I used to call him "My Little Potato". |
| This is my 2nd ultrasound. I was 26 weeks. This is when we found out that he was a little "boy". My husband was on cloud nine when he heard it was a boy. |
| Here is Chase's crib. We just wish he was here to fill it with his warmth. |
| This is Chase's nursery. It was done in Classic Pooh & His Honey Pots. We just wish he was here to fill his room with his joy and happiness. |
