Post Doctoral Research Associate in an Indo-French Collaboration project at the Dept. of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India from 2000 to 2002. Duties and responsibilities included designing and fabrication of a microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) system and deposition and characterisation of diamond films and carbon nanotubes. The goal of the project was to grow electronic grade diamond films for device applications. |
