Ph. D in experimental Solid State Physics with specialization in thin films. The work was carried out under the guidance of Dr. C. S. Menon, Director, School of Pure and Applied Physics at the Mahatma Gandhi University. The title of the thesis is Electrical, optical and structural properties of the phthalocyanine thin films- H2Pc, NiPc and EuPc .
