Adult Critical Care Core Curriculum. A series of case studies (also called patient simulations) developed using patients seen in the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics intensive care unit. The intended audience is physicians who evaluate and provide care for patients in the ICU and pharmacists who manage medications commonly used in treating these patients. The cases include complete patient information including appropriate radiographs, cardiograms, and pathology.
