*the sounds of the violin and piano come drifting down the hallway as you walk toward the open door...*

Hello there.  I was expecting you.  I'm Kaioh Michiru.  I wanted you to meet me here in one of my favorite escapes, the swimming pool in my condominium.  You were wondering about the music?  A CD Haruka and I made.  We sell them after the concerts we give.  Did she tell you she's quite an accomplished pianist?  Ah well, my dearest Haruka is a mysterious person and doesn't give up her secrets easily.  

Please make yourself comfortable.  As you can see, I live in the penthouse of this condominium atop a skyscraper in the Kaioh Zone of the Delta, which is made up of three pieces of land linked together (the others being the Ten'ou and Meioh Zones).  Haruka lives close by in a penthouse in the Ten'ou Zone.  Meioh Setsuna also lives near us in the Meioh Zone.  We chose this territory so we could more easily investigate the strange things that have been happening here.  One of my modes of transportation is the helicopter that I own called the Kaioh Maru.  By the way, Haruka also has her own helicopter named the Ten'ou Maru, as well as her beloved Ferrari 512M.   

I attend the Infinity School with Haruka, which is an elite school for artists, musicians and the like.  I, myself, am an accomplished musician.  I play the violin and have become quite famous for my talent.  I am also a very well known artist and find much satisfaction there too, but music is the light of my soul.  I become one with my instrument as I play, and like waves the emotions crash through every part of my being.  My soulful music can soothe and calm the ravaged and distraught, but it also can destroy if I wish it to do so.  My favorite instrument is a 500-million yen Stradivarius which I named the Marine Cathedral, after the sea that I love.

I have a talisman called the Deep Aqua Mirror which can reflect things about a person it holds in its glass.  When I first met Mamoru-san he bumped into me on the street and my mirror fell.  When he picked it up and handed it to me I had a feeling from the mirror that this man had been a Prince in his past life.  I was to find out the deep truth of this when I discovered his past life identity as Prince Endymion of Earth.  My mirror also gives me the power to fortune tell.  

I have a strong connection to the sea and can feel the very restlessness of the waves.  I have this strong affinity with the ocean because I am also Sailor Neptune, soldier of deep waters carrying the protection of Triton Castle on Neptune, planet of the sea.  My mission here is as it has always been, to protect the Moon Princess and now the Earth at the cost of everything, including my life and Haruka's.

Haruka is my soul mate, kindred spirit, and my dearest love.  She knows me from the deepest parts of my soul and is my truest friend and lover.  She is also a big flirt, but I don't often get too jealous.  Even if I did, I'd do my best not to show it.  I know she is faithful to me, but she can't resist the attention from pretty girls.  She often looks and acts quite masculine and people assume that she is a man.  Man or woman, she is beautiful either way and admired by both sexes.  

Hmmm...I can see by the time that Haruka's race will soon be over.  I've got to fly the Kaioh Maru over to the race track to pick her up.  I am sure you can find your way out of the penthouse.  It was nice talking with you today, I hope you come and visit again.  By the way, here are two tickets to my next concert.  Bring someone special with you!
