OTRADEV as an organization of development professionals, academics, activist and advocates: 1. Provides technical and management assistance to development agencies, and people's organizations with special emphasis on the fisherfolks and indigenous peoples 2. Implements pilot projects design to develop and test innovative social development approaches and strategies. Current pilot projects include: development of advocacy and education materials on human responsibilities, enterprise development, and membership development.
