Project Description	:	This system was an in-house development by the IS Department of ACC for ACC. This system was an informative module for the management staff. It was an integration of various modules developed separately viz.: IPPS, IFAC, IMMS and Inventory. This module provided following information: Production Details, Marketing, Finance information, Inventory status and Personnel Queries. The Personnel Queries module was a part of IPPS and was used to query relevant details of ACC employees viz.: Personnel details, dependant details, nominee details, education details, relations information, career progression in ACC, increments, promotions, transfers in and out, appraisals, specific skills/experience, specific qualifications, training details, current manpower position in various units/works/categories/grade, age profiles, service profiles, salary profiles. Similarly valuable informative details from other systems were fetched, designed in a beautiful menu driven module and were attached to this MIS. Various reports were prepared and always available through the menu to obtain information on paper.
Role	:	Developed the initial entry screens, designed and developed the Personnel Query module, which comprised of several screens and reports.
