physical description
With a body that tends to be constantly under the strains of powerful magic within the rooms of the Department of Mysteries, Connor sees fit to stay in remarkable shape for better reflexes and flexibility. He stands at a looming and quite noticeable 6'4", tight muscles sustaining each inch of him. He has piercing blue eyes, genuinely saddened from a lack of smile - the stress of his career and dangerous possibilities of such contantly looming behind him like a dark cloud. A shaggy brunette haircut is generally seen hiding those intelligent eyes that are quite wise beyond their years.
personality
Quite the studious, Ravenclaw cookie-cutter type, Connor has never minded long reports or essays, nor settling down for a good book rather than partying. He tends to be somewhat of a hermit, despite the efforts of his large extended Italian family. He is a romantic, but shy. A thrill seeker, but overly cautious. A charmer, but embarrassed easily. Connor is also quite generous. The free time he does have is generally spent with his mama, allowing her to go on about his thin bottom and beautful smile.
Likes: books, fine wine, suits, licorice wands, remembering to take his vitamins, hair mousse (not gel!), all italian food.
Dislikes: taxis, loud noises, gaudy jewelry, hot dogs.
history
Connor was fortunate enough to grow up in quite a loving family, much like that of the Weasley clan. Though his immediate family only consists of four, his extended family contains heaps of cousins, tons of aunts and uncles, and hundreds of neighbors and friends of the Cappellinis that are grandfathered in as family over generations. Even growing up amongst the constant craziness, Connor was always the quietest of them all - stuck in a book or school project. He adored the days of Hogwarts, constantly studying within the safe haven of his commonroom among equal peers. Upon graduation, Connor's thrist for knowedge drove him to the dangerous Department of Mysteries (much to his mother's protective chagrin), his curiosity for the answers to life's questions waking him up each morning for work.
About his career: Connor is an Unspeakable within the Department of Mysteries.
"The Unspeakables are a group of characters in the Harry Potter series of books whose jobs are classified for security reasons. They actually work with the Ministry of Magic in its Department of Mysteries. The Unspeakables are characterised by their purple and black robes mixed with black and popularly regarded as being always deep in thought about mysterious things..." -

"...Here wizards who are called Unspeakables go about researching some of the deepest mysteries of existence. These wizards have discovered that the magic that is inherent to the very fabric of existence which manifests iteself in ways that are difficult to explain and even more difficult -- if not impossible -- to control. The Unspeakables explore and experiment with these mysterious forces in various chambers which are clustered around a circular room lined with doors.
The Brain room... this room is quite empty except for a few desks surrounding an enormous glass tank of deep green liquid. In the tank a number of pearly-white brains drift around. When removed from the potion in the tank, the brains fling out streamers of thoughts which can seriously injure someone if they wrap themselves around them.
The Death Chamber... this room is quite large... dimly lit... in the center is a sunken stone pit...an ancient, crumbling stone archway, unsupported by any surrounding wall, stands on this spot very slightly as though it had just been touched, although the area in the room is still and cold. Some people can hear voices through the veil; it would seem that those who have lost loved ones are ones who can hear voices.
The Hall of Prophecy... a vast cold chamber, filled with row upon row of towering shelves. On these shelves are hundreds of small, dusty, glass orbs with a yellowed and dated label affixed below. Some of the orbs glow with a faint inner light but others are cold and dark, each row is numbered.
The Locked Rom... the door to this room is locked and no spell or magical device appears to work to open it. In this room, according to Dumbledore, is the most powerful magic of all: love.
The Planet Room... a dark room full of planets... an anti-gravity mist is in operation at least part of the time since people who have entered the room have reported that some of the time they were just floating in the dark.
The Time Room... room filled with beautiful, dancing, diamond-sparklig light. Clocks are found on every surface. A huge crystal bell jar stands at the far end of the room and it is from this that the sparkling light comes. Inside the jar, rising and falling on the glittering current is a small hummingbird, but it isn't always a bird. At the bottom of its circuit, the bird is within its egg. As it rises it hatches and grows into a mature bird by the time it reaches the apex of its path. On the way backdown, it becomes a fledgling bird and then reenters its egg, which reforms around it. This progression of time repeats over and over within the jar. The room also includes shelves and shelves of Time-Turners..."
