G'luck Joe, the rabid monkey is now in your hands. Joe is with our grandma this week and is unable to answer email. He asked me to take his place in the game til he gets back. He didn't want to let his tribe down. I check his email periodically and got the monkey and so i'm passin it on.... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon, 17 Sep 2001 21:35:21 -0700 (PDT) From: Royann <royannb@yahoo.com> Subject: Fwd: pass the monkey To: mercury_rayvyn@hotmail.com Is the monkey here now? |
Players pass a picture of the NetSpider Monkey back and forth between the two tribes. Whichever tribe is holding the picture at the deadline will lose. Here's how it works: One player will be selected at random, and Tammy will e-mail the pic of the monkey to that player as an attachment. That player should then forward the NetSpider Monkey to someone on the other tribe. If you receive the pic, you may not pass him back to the same person who sent him to you. You must choose someone else on the other tribe to receive him. In other words, no direct pass-backs. Each time that the NetSpider Monkey is passed to another player, the message must be CCed (or BCCed) to Tammy. If Tammy is not notified with an actual copy of the message, she will not consider the image to have changed hands. If you don't know how to forward an attachment, then contact Tammy or Zeb for assistance. Players are cautioned not to try to cheat by filtering out or blocking email from all eight senders on the other tribe. It does not matter whether you received the message or not, only that someone else passed it to you. If you block messages, The NetSpider Monkey will reach you without you knowing, and you will lose. My records show that Phil still has the monkey. So Marumba loses this immunity challenge and for the second time has to take the long walk to tribal council and vote out one of their own. Congrats Paguchi ya'll are safe for another couple of days or so. Tammy and Zeb |

of Paguchi Tribe |
The Tribe Has Spoken Joe- 6 Votes Looks like Day 13 is an unlucky one for Joe of the Marumba Tribe, every member of his tribe wants him out. With a convincing 6 votes (including one self vote) he has been taged by the NetSpider Monkey. The obvious reason for Marumba to boot him was the fact that we wasn't active in the immunity challenges and didn't really have the time to get to know everybody that well. Note: Darren didn't vote because Paguchi chose him not to as a reward in the Survivors Ready Reward Challenge. With the nice turnaround for Paguchi these past days and the confidence they must have built with the Jet Point lead, they seem to be on their way to victory. But we can't forget that Marumba surprised them once and they could do it again now that they've deleted two inactives. Stay Tuned! Hey Joe, It's time to go. |
