~Complex movement skills, locomotor movement
~Problem Solving
~Activities which keeps students moving for an extended length of time, working on cardiovascular endurance
~Motor Skills
AIM:
~Develop fundamental motor skills
~Follow rules while participating in physical activity
~Develop an understanding of an obstacle course.
~Teamwork and Directionality Skills while participating in Tag Games
~Challenge students to increase their heart rate by running the course at a face pace

GAMES:
"Walking/running around cones", "Jumping over rope", "Crawling under ropes", "Plyometrics", "Hoop Hoppin', "Captain Crunches"

SKILLS PRACTICED:
