Every member of the RHS of NSW Inc. receives a complimentary quarterly newsletter.  The newsletter sets out information of interest to members, including forthcoming events, articles of horticultural interest etc.

The Autumn, 2008 edition included a fascinating article on the 'history of crops'.  Did you know, for example,  that Carrots were first eaten in Roman times?  Carrots, at this time, were originally yellow or purple in colouration!  The orange colour of carrots that we enjoy today were first developed in the Netherlands during the 17th century.

Why not join the RHS of NSW - and learn more about horticulture!
