This is our current boy Tex. Tex is a Niga x Henna son. He is a joy to own and has excelled in the showring so far. Currently his wins have been consistant. He was never beaten in baby puppy dog class, all with large entries. His first show ever was Baby in Group at the Toowoomba Royal 2004 under Cocker Specialist from Sth Africa. His wins have been mainly under Gundog and Breed Specialists.
His wins also include R/Up Best In Show at the QLD Cocker Spaniel Specialty 2007 Judge Mrs F. Glendenning (UK). And R/Up BIS Toowoomba All Breeds 2006 Judge Mrs G. Goller (QLD), this win making him a Contestant for 2006 Dog of the Year.
Tex' smooth and easy gait makes me feel like I have a new up and coming Norman. I can only hope that this guy can give me at least half the fun that Norman (his grandfather) and his sire, "Niga" both have done in the past.
Tex made his Australian Title with ease, and claiming a Best In Group on the same day. Well done Tex!!! Keep the wins coming!
