What should I wear?
Ah ha! Wear what you've got.
Bare feet and undies in a raincoat, if that's all you've got.
Although we want to look our best, we also want to do this thing in
spite of all the obstacles - and that means not waiting until you've got
the groviest outfit.
It's better to go out somewhere private and to go gently in substandard
gear that it is to stay home because you don't have proper shoes.
However it is good to get good shoes because they're bouncy and will
stop your knees getting so jolted.
A double layer of support garments is good to stop other types of bounce that the non-plump don't have to bother with.
