Sarah's famous routine for going running when a beginner.
1. Fill a hot water bottle and put it in your bed.
2. Make a sandwich and put it by your bed.
3. Do the run. Slowly.
4. Eat as much of an apple as you can manage.
5. Drink as much water as you can hold. 4 glasses is about my limit.
6. Crawl into bed with the hottie and have a sleep.
7. Eat the sandwich.
8. Say "At least I'm out there" to everyone who laughs at you.
