Please note that these recipes are not mine. I got these from recipe work sheets we used when I completed Home Economics at both Intermediate and High Schools, so as such I don't know who the original authors are because it was never stated (but these recipes sure are great - why else would I have put them up here for huh?!). A few I have obtained from other sources such as from recipe books and friends which I have clearly stipulated on the relevant page.
