| The Genei Ryodan Genei Ryodan is a gang of thieves who stole things. They don’t have to have reasons to kill, steal or do anything. Sometimes they steal/kill for fun, sometimes they steal to get money, sometimes even for charity. I guess it depends on their moods. They are people from Meteor City. In that region, people are not people, and the place is more like a dump. People there throw everything away, from garbage to babies, everything.
