Hunter X Hunter is about a boy named Gon sets out to become a hunter. A hunter in this story can be anyone who collects and hunts anything. A person has to be really strong and intelligent to be a hunter, and it’s an honoured title, out of the 10 richest people in the world, 7 are hunters. To make sure that not everyone can have this honourable title, people have to take a hunter exam to be a hunter. So Gon was determined to become a hunter and find his father, Jin Freeces, one of the greatest hunters. On the way to the hunter exam, Gon made some best friends, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio. Killua is an ex-assassin who is trained to be an assassin but tired of it. Kurapika is the last survivor of his clan and is trying to avenge of his clan. Leorio is a doctor-wannabe but needs to be a hunter and get money to study and open a hospital. Together, they have many adventures. Togashi once again showed that he is still the best in Japan! With the wonderful imagination of his, Hunter X Hunter is another unforgettable fantasy! Togashi was inspired by a popular show in Japan, and the show is about hunters. And Togshi personally likes to collect things, so he got the idea and decided to draw a manga about it.
