| It was suggested that development of the contract be started in the near future and that this activity be done in parallel with the RFP development. It takes several weeks or
months to develop the contract so it is important that that process begin very soon. Mr. DeLozier suggested the names of a few attorneys who could be helpful. Some of these were Pulte attorneys, others were independent of Pulte. The survey developed to get input from residents was reviewed and discussed. The survey forms will be available in the pro shops. Notification to residents of the availability of the survey will be published in the neighborhood representatives report and on the Task Force website. To encourage residents to complete the survey it was suggested that Task Force members be present in the pro shops on MGA and WGA game days to answer questions and distribute the survey form. Results of the survey will be compiled and will be posted on the Task Force website. Results of the survey also will be presented at one of the “golf talk” meetings with residents. There was a discussion of the specific target dates for each step of the process. The timeline with target dates will be finalized by Lynn Chapman and distributed to members of the Task Force for review and approval. |
