The Task Force will prepare a summary of action taken to date and the reason(s) such actions were taken. This will be posted on the website.
The task force discussed a request from CA staff to consider allowing a portion of the White Wing maintenance facility to be used for maintaining equipment used by personnel maintaining other SCT areas. It was suggested that such activity be carried out in the White Wing cart barn rather than at the maintenance facility. Rob agreed to take this suggestion to the appropriate people for consideration.
A summary of comments from the resident survey was discussed. The summary had been sent to task force members by e-mail. A copy was given to Rob McDaniel. It was agreed that the comments should be posted on the web. All references to specific individuals and/or companies will be removed from the listing prior to posting.
Responses to the RFP have been received from three companies; Troon, Oncourse Strategies and Kemper. All have expressed interest in bidding on the management contract.
The time, format and content for the Golf Talk meeting were discussed. Two Golf Talk meetings will be held on Thursday, April 20 in the Activities Center Atrium. The first will begin at 9AM and the second will begin at 11AM. Those attending the meetings will be asked to submit all questions in writing. A notice about the meetings will be sent out to golfers through the Chelsea system.

RFP highlights
Question and answer session
The time and format for the bidder conference also was discussed. A draft of information to be presented at the conference was distributed and discussed. The draft will be revised and reviewed again at the next Task Force meeting. It was decided that Rob McDaniel, Frank Miller and Ann Dodson will be invited to attend the bidder conference.
