Charlie Russell and Fred Yates met with representatives of Kemper Golf and conducted a tour of golf facilities. Following the tour all members of the Task Force met with the Kemper representatives to review the information provided at the bidder conference held on May 2. A copy of the minutes of the meeting with Kemper is attached.
Members met to discuss the supplemental information to be provided to bidders. The draft addendum was reviewed and data related to personnel and finances were revised.
Revisions will be made to the Addendum including the minutes of the site visit with Kemper. The Addendum will be provided to bidders by May 12, 2006. It was decided that the deadline for submission of proposals will be postponed to May 30, 2006.
