Bid proposals from several golf management companies were distributed. The process for bid review was discussed. Forms developed for evaluating the bids were discussed.
A list of references provided by bidders was distributed with each reference assigned to a task force member. A form to be used when contacting the references was distributed and discussed. References will be contacted and interviewed by task force members to get input on the performance of each bidder in managing golf operations. The results of these interviews will be discussed at the next task force meeting.
