	Survey participants were asked to prioritize several factors that may be affected by outsourcing management of the golf courses.  These included reduction in member fees, reduction in the cost of operations, improved maintenance of the golf facilities and improvement of the golf courses.  Reduction in operational costs was the highest priority for 65% of those responding while reduction of member fees was the primary concern for only 25% of respondents.   A number of comments received were not related to any specific question on the survey. Included were comments concerning golf fees, tee time assignment and overall satisfaction with golf operations at SCT.  Several individuals responding to the survey indicated that they are very happy with current conditions while others felt improvement is needed.
