Elementals

Elements are highly used in these two stories. Elements are the forms of energy or power called upon or used during a battle. Elementals are the characters the energy is called from, usually from the Zodiac.

Signature Attack: "Tiger Swallow Fist"
Leo the Lion is the King of the Zodiac. His powers are ruled by the Sun, and his powers consist of fire, flame, and light. Sometimes the Lion is called a "tiger" since the counterpart to Kuri's Dragon elemental is a tiger. Kurisutaru's other element from her name is ice or ice water.

Elemental: Draco the Dragon

Signature Attack: "Dragon Drum Roll"
Draco the Dragon is the Blue Dragon of the Years of the Dragon. His power is ruled by no star or planet, and his powers consist of electricity and energy. Draco the Dragon's counterpart is Kuri's Leo the Lion.

..dark energy

Element: Dark energy, shadows
Elemental: Evailia
Character: Evailia, Empress of Darkness and Demons
Signature Attack: "Dark Star Meditate"
Evailia has no Zodiac elemental. She is her own source of power, which are exact opposites of her brother's and sister's. She uses dark energy and embraces shadows in order to fight.

Element: Light, pure energy
Elemental: Royailia, Queen of Light
Character: Royailia/Child Royailia
Signature Attack: "Queen's Whimper"
Royailia has no Zodiac elemental. She is her own source of power, she is the only one with pure light or energy as an attack.
