Steve was leaning against a pen, where an alpaca stood, looking blank and stupid. "Hello, Survivors. Today, you will be playing a very smelly version of hot potato. Each team has one pen, and you will be moving it from pen to pen in an attempt to not have the alpaca in your pen for more than one minute. If you do, your team is out and the alpaca will move on. Get the game?" People cringed, remember how stubborn and annoying the alpaca had been. With that, the teams picked a pen and Josie and Luke were the first to get it. Both Luke and Josie pushed and pulled the alpaca and managed to get it out of their pen into Adam and Travis's pen. However, they were not as lucky. The alpaca stayed in place for more than a minute, and both Adam and Travis were out. Jacob was randomly given the alpaca and he managed to send it to Lisa and Nichole. They guided the alpaca to Marie and Andrew, who tempted the alpaca to David and Chad. David forced the alpaca to Jacob, who sent it to Lisa and Nichole. They managed to send it back to Jacob, who returned the favor with a guiding touch back to Lisa and Nichole. They then sent it to Marie and Andrew who sent it to Dave and Chad, who sent it back to Jacob, who finally sent it to Chad and David, who were unable to move it. Now, Adam, Travis, Chad, and David were all out. The next round began with Marie and Andrew, who managed to get it to Jacob. Jacob then sent it to Lisa and Nichole. The two could not move the alpaca this time, and were taken out of the challenge. The final round lasted a few minutes. Andrew and Marie pushed it to Jacob, who pushed it back. They did manage to get it to Jacob, but Jacob had the moving touch today, and sent it back to them, where it stayed for more than a minute. Jacob had not only won immunity, but in this case the sole power to remove someone from the game. He could pick anyone who didn't have immunity, meaning Andrew and Luke were untouchable, but there were still eight people he could vote for. Back at camp, tempers were flaring as Peuco was certain they would be down another member, as the sole person voting was an Auca Pan member. Luke was perfectly safe, but he was sympathizing with his fellow members. "I have convinced them that Lisa turned on us, so it would be crappy if she was ousted since she is our best chance at survival and can be of great use in the future. So, whoever survives Jacob's vote, let's hope that Lisa does, too. She has Auca Pan so tricked," Luke said to the dwindling Peuco. "I think I'm out," Nichole said solemnly. "I'm the outspoken one," Dave said, "It will be me. I will be so pissed if it is me, though." "It isn't in my hands; this challenge was never in my hands," he continued. "It was easier if you didn't have a partner," Nichole fumed, "We are being screwed over by our partner." "I don't think we will both be here," Dave frowned. "One of us..." Even though Travis was on Auca Pan, and they apparently were safe at Tribal Council, he was still questioning Chad's loyalty. The fence riding position made him nervous, and he wasn't quite sure where he would fall. He was glad that Jacob had this vote, and Chad didn't. Jacob sat quietly, weighing the decision that was probably the largest anyone had made, thus far in the game. In a confessional, he explained that Peuco needed their backbone ripped from them, but also, he was a moral person and felt bad about going for someone who didn't necessarily deserve to go. He knew what his tribe wanted him to do, but he felt the pressure of his ethics. Dave went up to Jacob a few minutes before tribal council. "You seem to be Mr. Popular, now, huh?" he asked, smiling. "Yep, I'm the one with the power I guess," Jacob said quietly. "How does it feel?" "Powerful." Dave watched Jacob walk away, feeling like he was powerless, and felt very angry that he had no control over anything at this point in the game. |

Jacob wins his first singular immunity challenge at singular immunity challenge two |
The eight vulnerable members of Melipal had little to say. Some felt safe, some were worried. The fact was, one was going home, and Jacob would be deciding that. As they entered tribal council, and a few questions were asked, it was evident to Steve, that this was the most nerve-racking tribal council to date. No one felt safe. "I realize the emotional consequences of the past few days, and you have the integrity of the game to know that it was the will of the players to have what happened, happen," Steve said solemnly. "Jacob, please go make your vote." Jacob went up to the voting confessional writing a name down quickly, and mumbling that he wanted to vote for someone else, but this was his decision. Steve went to tally the vote and returned. The sixth person voted out of Argentina is DAVID. David's eyes closed for a moment, and he nodded. "I knew this point was coming, so I am going to give Luke immunity, and hopefully he can rattle some cages. I know I had no control over my fate tonight, and hopefully, the rest of Peuco will have better luck with fate. To Auca Pan, I'm sorry I got to know any of you," David said bitterly. Andrew, visibly angered, spoke up. "Guys, I have something to say. You have all done anything you could to win, and frankly, I see it as a low-down way to play the game." No one said much, as Dave brought his torch to Steve. Marie said bye to David, and he turned, saying "I don't need your fakeness." Marie bit her lip. "I knew you were going to say that." She lowered her head and David left the tribal council arena. "Well, you have made it past two partner sessions in the game. The game is now individual, so try to get some sleep, you are close to the jury," Steve explained. Votes: Jacob: David David made Luke immune. Dave's Final Words: Well, well, well, what a complete shocker. I mean, a challenge where one of my opposing tribemates was by himself in a challenge of pairs. He wins it and votes for me, the person with the most jet points, showing how active I have been in the game. Yea...ok...no. But the game changed, and I got swallowed up in it. Some things I would like to say to the remaining tribe mates... Marie, I knew you were the puppet-master of Auca; that's why we had so many good talks But as I 'm stting here, it was a shame that it all meant nothing at all. After this game, we should talk and meet up. Hopefully your end for this will occur sooner than later. Chad, you are one player. Always with the "I'll help you out" stuff. Did you think you were getting past my thoughts? I knew never to trust you from Marie (thanks chica!) So I hope that the others figure you out soon. Josie, I wish you used the knowledge of previous games better and treat all new ones fairly. Andi was a poor exmpale on how online games will never be 100% fair. But you were entertaining to talk to. Travis, we never talked about much, so all I can say is good luck? Honestly, you sounded like a real smart ass, but other than that, nothing. Jacob, we played games of dots together, and it was fun. But you were the one who voted for me, and I don't understand why. But, I don't blame you. Lisa, we had some great chats and even though everyone else on Peuco thought you were shady, I never thought that. I wish you the best, and good luck! Adam, where the hell did you go? Quite honestly, you should be here for inactivity, but then again, I am here for being active. Hope things go over well, and take care! Andrew, You are soo eager to get to the jury and I hope that by me leaving makes you get there. You are a great player and truly honest at times. TOO honest at others. I know you and I will continue to chat after here. Luke, my bad cop. I hope you aren't playing me, because after we had our confrontation, I stopped trying to play you. Well, I stopped trying to set you up and what not. I gave you immunity, for I know that Auca Pan does not like you, so hopefully with your presence in the jury you can speak for a little guy (me!) But I hope you go far, for, like me, you are a serious gamer, and deserve to go far. Last but not least... Nichole. My brite! You were/are my trusted ally. Luke was the only other one I swore my allegiance too. But I knew I would have taken you over him. Sorry Luke, I know I would have never placed myself in that position, because I didn't wanna make that decision. I never did anything wrong with you, Nichole, and I trusted you 100%. That's it, folks. The nice guy has to go, but I'll chow down dinner with Andi and Hadley, so make room for me at the table, girls!! You all take care now!! Play nicely. Dave "I tried so hard, and got so far, but in the end, it doesn't really matter." |
