• The First Aid Responder is the base of the emergencies medical services' pyramid.  All members who wished to develop in this health field, must be proficient in the most recent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation techniques and to provide first aid before any more capable personnel and equipment arrives to the scene.  And, even with the arrival of that personnel, you must be mentally and physically ready to provide your services.
• El Proveedor de Primera Ayuda es la base de la pirámide de los servicios de emergencias médicas.  Todo miembro que deseé destacarse en este campo de la salud, deberá ser proficiente en las técnicas más recientes de resuscitación cardio-pulmonar y de proveer primeros auxilios previo al arribó de personal y equipo más capacitado.  Y, aún arribando este personal ó que ya se encuentre en la escena, deberá estar mental y fisicamente capacitado para ofrecer sus servicios.
• For all that, the First Aid Responder is an important member in our organization.  Not only assist our medical and paramedical staff as medical assistants, but also each unit (like Military Police, Infantry, Ranger, and/orSpecOps) can summon their acknoledge for their respective missions (such as training, organizational and community support).
• Para ello, el Proveedor de Primera Ayuda es sumamente importante dentro de nuestra organización.  No solo asiste a nuestro personal médico y paramédico como asistentes médicos, sino que cada unidad nuestra (como MILITARY POLICE, INFANTRY, RANGER ó SPECOPS) pueden solicitar sus conocimientos para complementar sus respectivas misiones (sean de entrenamiento, apoyo organizacional ó comunitario).

Each F.A.R. (or Medical Specialist, as we know them in our organization) must be proficient in the following areas:

2. Initial treatment of fractures - Tratamiento inicial de fracturas
3. Shock treatment - Tratamiento por choque
4. Soft Tissue Treatment - Curaciones al tejido blando
5. Hemmorrage Treatment - Tratamiento a hemorragias
6. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - Resuscitación Cardiopulmonar
7. Rescue Breathing - Rescate de Respiración
8. Cardiac Compressions - Compresiones Cardiacas
9. Infant and Child Rescue - Rescate a infantes y niños
10. Emergency Medical Services Activation - Activación Sistema Emergencias Médicas
11. Medical Assistance - Asistencia Médica
12. Adequate use of code 10 & Alpha EMS code - Uso adecuado clave 10 y ALFA-EMS
13. Knoledge of E.M.S. personnel - Conocimiento del personal que compone el S.E.M.
14. Laws & Regs that govern the E.M.T. - Leyes y Reglas que gobiernan al T.E.M.
15. Sterile Area & Equipment Preparation - Preparación de área estéril y del equipo
16. Search and Rescue - Busqueda y Rescate
17. Rappelling - Descenso en soga
18. Patient handling inside an ambulance - Manejo de pacientes dentro de ambulancia
19. Confined Spaces Rescue - Rescate en espacios confinados
20. Medical Priority Identification in a disaster (TRIAGE) - Identificación de Prioridades Médicas en Casos de Desastre (TRIAGE)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Member must have an approved Initial Entry Training (I.E.T.) or similar training.
2. Member must approve all three organizational battery tests:


Common Member Skills Test (C.M.S.T.)
Drill and Ceremonies Test (D.& C.T.)
Physical Fitness Training Test (P.F.T.T.)

REQUISITOS:

1. Miembro debe tener aprobado el Entrenamiento Inicial de Entrada (I.E.T.) ó similar.
2. Miembro debe aprobar las tres pruebas de aptitud organizacional:
