Challenges

The Challenges are classified under 3 categories: Easy, Medium, and Hard. If you have completed these challenges, there is no award to be won, but you can e-mail us and tell us your record if you want. If you thought of a good challenge, you may send it in, and it will be put up with your name and e-mail if it is a good challenge. Some of the challenges on this page are funny and simple, and others are almost impossible, but all the challenges are possible. Good luck!

Easy

  • Defeat a level 9 CP on Invisible Mode.

  • Try to lose against a level 9 Yoshi in Fourside. Set the stock to 1 life.

  • In Training Mode, get a combo over 25 with a single character.

  • Get over 1,000,000 points in Adventure Mode with a single character.

  • Get over 500,000 points in All-Star Mode with a single character.

  • Get over 500,000 points in Classic Mode with a single character.

  • Unlock all the secret characters and stages.

  • Hit the Sandbag over 2000 feet with any character in the Home-Run Contest.

  • At the end of Classic, All-Star or Adventure Mode, when the credits are scrolling through, hit over 100 of them.

Medium

  • In Event Match 4, Dino Wrangling defeat the giant Yoshi in less than 3 seconds.

  • In Event Match 51, The Showdown, can you defeat Mewtwo, Ganondorf, and GigaBowser in less than 2 minutes?

  • Complete all 15 Minute Melees.

  • On Giant Melee, defeat 2 level 9 CP's (not on a team) when your handicap is set to 5, and their's is on nine.

  • Unlock every Trophy in the game.

  • Get Celebi in a Pokeball.

  • Unlock Mewtwo in less than 20 hours.

  • Get over 1,000,000 points in Classic Mode with a single character.

  • Get over 1,000,000 points in All-Star Mode with a single character.

  • Get over 2,000,000 points in Adventure Mode with a single character.

  • Hit the Sandbag over 1000 feet with each character in the Home-Run Contest.

  • Get a combined Break the Targets time of under 5 minutes.

  • Beat a single Break the Targets in less than 5 seconds.

Hard

  • Kill 15 Fighting Wire Frames with any character in Cruel Melee.

  • Get a minimum of 5 kills with everyone on Cruel Melee.

  • Beat Link's Break the Targets is less than 6 seconds by only using the Control Stick, and the X, Y, and B buttons.

  • Beat All-Star Mode on Very Hard using no Continues.

  • Get over 5,000,000 points in Adventure Mode with a single character.

  • Find 64 of your best SSBM friends and have a tournament. In that tournament get a Super Sudden Death on every single battle...

  • In Melee, defeat 3 CP's on a team, against you. Turn all the items off, and set your handicap to 1, and their's to 9. Put the Damage Ratio to 0.5, and set the stock to 5.

  • Beat the Ten-Man Melee without touching the ground.

  • Beat the game on Very Hard Mode and get the No-Damage Clear Bonus.

  • Teach your parents how to play.
