There's a problem with the page (bad link/not sending), what do I do? A. Please tell us by using the submit question area below and specify which page you're having difficulties with and what is not working. Q. I e-mailed you with feedback but I didn't get an e-mail in return, why? A. With the way the submit buttons are setup, we only recieve your IP address and your text unless you include e-mail address. If you want us to e-mail you back, then please include your address along with whatever text you submit. Thank you for your feedback. Q. I e-mailed you with feedback and included my e-mail address, but still didn't get an e-ail in return, why? A. Our bad. We'll check our records and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback. Q. Why is the URL different for the "Contact Us" page? A. We wanted to have a contact e-mail to avoid confusing the feedback from other pages. The way the submit buttons are setup, the information from the user's site goes to the user's e-mail. For convience purposes I have two "contact us" pages: one that will send the info to contact_storiesandideas@yahoo.com, and another that will send the info to stories_and_ideas@yahoo.com. Both e-mails are checked regularily so it doesn't matter which you use. Problems with Pages (links and setup) Q. A link doesn't work or doesn't go to the right page, what do I do? A.
