How It All Came About...
I can't quite remember how I came up with the idea for "...Chocolate" or why I decided to do another one as a follow up. Hell. I'm the worst person to explain all this! ^_^
It's pre-TSW (well, it could be post, if we ignore the little inconvenience of everyone being dead...) and without Zeus to keep him occupied, Hein seems quite content to get into trouble all the time. Guess which innocent major has to look after him.
One of the most important thing about the "Evils of..." universe is that everyone is out of character. Everyone. No exceptions. (Even the council members don't act like their usual selves!) The other most important thing is that if anything bad happens, it will no doubt happen to Elliot. He appears to be some kind of magnet for all kinds of chaos and torment. This is what he gets for being glorified cannon fodder in the movie.
Of course, this series isn't just about Elliot. Evils can happen to just about anyone, and in this universe, they do.
