silk was designed in three types of quality characteristic
, 2 color yarns to weave called lai-luang
, 5 color yarns called lai-jok-dow
and 7-9 color yarns called lai-ko
design. A structure of designing pattern on the fabric
can be classified according
to the designing techniques as follows :
1.Lai-dok
, the majority of designing patterns were appearing
on the fabrics dominantly.
2.Lai-khun
, the horizontal patterns design.
3.Lai-cho
, the minority of designing patterns which its former
was being designed in the bottom edge of fabrics.
