#14 Haverhill Cats (Dwakeling)

The Haverhill Cats are one of the more quieter teams in the IICC, but don't be fooled by their lack of trash talk.  These Cats can be very vicious and sneaky.  They have many games remaining and could very easily claw their way to the top to represent the UK when it comes time for inter-regional matchups in the IICC.  Once a bottom dweller of a team, they now possess a veteran SLH manager who is quite capable of beating any team when he is able to put his full concentration into setting up his line-up.

Accomplishments: (as of 03/28/04) (Division 1-2-1-N)
2 League Cups, 3 Playoff Cups
Coach Says: (actually his words)
When I came to the helm of this club, they were in a sorry state of brankrucy and  last in the league and on a losing streak like you would never know.  They had come last in the first 5 seasons of there existence.  Thats when I got the shout.  I had been managing night on the town on the python league for some time and had 7 straight years of winning seasons under my belt.  So Mr Cheesypuffs asked me to take over this team with only 6 games to go in the season.

With a couple of quick changes, I managed to get them up to 5th and miss out of promotion on goal differential, so into the play-offs we went and blew the opposition away.

My first full season in charge seen us gain promotion and win the play-offs again.

Determind to go one better, I tweaked the team a little to go 30-0-0-0 and ran away with the league and won the play-offs for a third straight time.

Last season again saw the team go 30-0-0-0 but a slip up in the play.offs (me not setting my team) cost us dearly.

I am very proud to be a part of this team and will be a force to be reckoned with within the next couple of seasons.

As for the IICC competition, we have only lost once but again that was due to the fact that my wife was in hospital at the time as I have since put the record straight with a massive 5-1 win over Foxham for revenge.

Everybody is saying Wawatosa Moose is going to walk away with the league i would just like to say bring it on it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

I wish i could set my lines more for ex games as i would have a much better win ratio.
Team Name Origin: (his words again)
