Objective To utilize my passion and talent for art in a career centered on Illustration, conceptual and character design in which I can aid in the development and creation of original concepts for the purpose of published media entertainment.
Education - Has completed various college courses. - High School Graduate with a 3.6 GPA. Class of 2002. - Freshman and sophomore year in high school spent at Harrison Center of the Visual and Performing Arts in Lakeland, Florida. - Six consecutive classes taken in the summer of 1997 at the Walt Disney Art Institute. Courses included Classic Animation, Clay Animation, Computer Animation, and Character Design. - Multiple summer art courses taken provided by the Polk Museum Of Art in Lakeland, Florida. Courses centered on Illustration, character design, cartooning and still life drawing.
Honors and awards - Held a 3.95 High School GPA - Ranked 54 in a class of 350 - Susanna L. Clements Scholarship, Arts and Sciences, for the University of Toledo. $1,500 a year for 4 year degree. Renewable. Sum total $6,000.
Strengths - Highly capable of working efficiantly individually, in a group setting, or on an employee/customer basis. - Excellent work ethics, witha positive, upbeat additude. - Excellent with computers, as well as a fast learner with new computer programs. - 2D Illustration, color, conceptual design, cartooning, comic book illustration, character/story creation and development.
Interests - Illustration, short story/novella writing with aspirations in the comic book, graphic design and animated feature film genres. Currently manages multiple art-related websies and is working towards publishing creator-owned independent comic book. |
