Late 23rd Century
- Introduction - The later half of the 23rd century was a time of refitts and new de-
signs. Federation ships starting having a more sleak look than before. The ships were faster, more maneuverable, and more powerful. THe Klingon and Romulan Empires both came out with their newly designed and refitted ships as well. Neither Empire had any idea of showing weakness to the United Federation of Planets, which was now a major power in the Alpha Quadrant with a growing fleet of ships.
