- Introduction - The most logical place to start this list is to start where Star Trek really begins.....First

Contact. The Phoenix, chronologically, is the first (terran) created ship equipped with a faster-than-light engine. Created from an old nuclear missle from World War III, the Phoenix, designed by Zefram Cochrane, led humanity into a new era of peace and unity among themselves. The Phoenix remains a legend far into the 24th century and resides in the Smithonian museum on Earth.

2063

The Phoenix - Zefram Cochrane's warp ship. He made first contact with the Vulcans after a sucessful sustained flight at warp 1 in the Sol system. Made form an old nuclear-missle from World War III on Earth. Designed by Zefram Cochrane and overseen by co-pilot Lily Sloan. The historic First Contact flight was made on April 4th, 2063. The Phoenix was launched from a missle complex in the United States of America, Earth.

2065

S.S. Valiant  - Registry NAR-S1104. Launched in 2065, the space vehicle S.S. Valiant was one of the first Earth vehicles to attempt to go beyond the Sol system. Equipped with a simple warp drive, the S.S. Valiant was never heard from after it left the Sol system. However, in 2264, It's flight recorder was recovered by the Starship Enterprise NCC-1701 in which it detailed the ships' self-destruction after a crewman developed incredible powers.

2067

S.S. Conastoga - A group of scientists that discovered a habitable world decided to leave Earth to colonize it in 2067. When they got there in 2071, the colonists dis-assembled there ship to construct there new colony which they called Terra Nova.

2069

S.S. Cochrane - In 2069, Zefram Cochrane began to re-designed his own warp vessel.  After construction of the S.S. Cochrane, Zefram Cochrane moved to Alpha Centauri but disappeared from Alpha Centauri in the S.S. Cochrane in the 2220's.

2072

DY-500 Cargo Class -  These old vessels of Terran design were refitted in the late 21st century to include a warp drive for people wanting to expand their horizons by working in space, delivering ore and other commodities while developing a family structure on board due to the length of time for some trips.

J-Class Cargo Vessels - Used well into the 22nd century, the J class of ship become larger to accomodate more cargo. This series of cargo vessel has a maximum warp velocity of warp 3. Ships of note from this class include: E.C.S. Horizon
