Dan Kumite

Point 1
  a Both students bow to each other.  
  b Both students move into left fighting stances.
  c The attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
The defender steps back and to the left, throws a right chudan uke and a right shomen geri to the attacker's hip.
  d The attacker turns to the defender and throws a right gedan uke. The attacker slides in and throws a right seiken punch.
The defender turns and throws a right chudan uke and a left seiken punch low.
  e The attacker throws a right gedan uke.

Point 2
  a Without readjusting, the attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
Without moving, the defender throws a right chudan uke and a left seiken punch low.
  b The attacker throws a right gedan uke.
The defender steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
  c The attacker steps back, throws a left chudan uke and throws a right shomen geri to the defender's mid-section.
The defender slides back, catches the foot with the right hand (hand in a shoken fist) and throws it across the body.
  d Both slide back into post position.

Point 3
  a Without readjusting, the attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
Without moving, the defender throws a right chudan uke and a right shomen geri to the attacker's hip.
  b The attacker steps back and throws throws a left gedan uke.
The defender throws a right mawashi geri.
  c The attacker slides back and blocks with a left Uechi-block.
  d Both slide back into post position.

Point 4
  a Without readjusting, the attacker throws a hopping seiken punch and shomen geri with the right foot and right hand.
The defender steps off to the left and grabs the attacker's right shoulder, and then steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
  b The attacker turns to the right and throws a left palm-heel block.
  c Both slide back into post position.

Point 5
  a The attacker steps in and throws a right seiken punch.
Without moving, the defender the defender throws a left chudan uke and steps in and throws a right shuto to the attacker's head.
  b The attacker steps back and throws a left jodan uke and a right mawashi geri.
The defender slides back and throws a left gedan uke.
  c The defender slides back and blocks with a left Uechi-block.
  d Both slide back into post position.

Note: At this point the kumite is done again with the other person attacking. The only difference would be at Point 4 where the attacker begins in a right fighting stance. After each side completes Point 5, Point 6 will be done with the original attacker going first followed by the second person attacking.

Point 6
  a The attacker throws a left shomen.
The defender slides back and throws a left gedan uke.
  b The attacker throws a right seiken punch.
The defender steps toward the attacker with the left hand blocking and then pulling on the attacker's right arm. The defender's right arm strikes across the attacker's body.
  c The defender sinks down and grabs the attacker's right heel with the left hand and pushes the attacker's right knee with the right hand forcing the attacker to the ground. Once on the ground, the defender pulls the attacker's leg up and throws a right sokuto geri to the attacker's groin. Then, the defender slides back int right fighting stance and throws the attacker's leg over his body with the right hand.
  d Both students slide back into post position.
  e Both students bow to each other.
