Note: At this point the kumite is done again

left hand blocking and then pulling on the attacker's right arm. The
defender's right arm strikes across the attacker's body. |

The defender sinks down and
grabs the attacker's right heel with the left hand and pushes the attacker's
right knee with the right hand forcing the attacker to the ground. Once on
the ground, the defender pulls the attacker's leg up and throws a right
sokuto geri to the attacker's groin. Then, the defender slides back int
right fighting stance and throws the attacker's leg over his body with the
right hand. |
