| The success of the system relies upon the Stations to accurately reporting their ULD movements IN and OUT, and will enable them to avoid expensive misuse, loss or under utilization of their ULD stock. Lot of units are lost from system because despite constant reminders, ULDs movement to/from following stations for their freighter operation is not being advised. AMS - PAR - ROM - LOTON (LON) - COLOGNE (FRA)- & MAN. |
| Why my station has more units in inventory, while physically holding less ? |
| If your station is holding more units than availability, means OUT UCM of some flights is not flashed ex- your station, resulting inventory will not out such units from your station. |
| Is it now possible, if my stations inventory be updated, what I have to do ? |
| Yes! .. it is only possible if despatch details are provided to ULD HDQ. |

| How my stations inventory is controlled & monitored by you ? |
| I am not controlling it, but it is a machine QIFFMPK & QIFKOPK, software is provided from IATA/SITA. Please check colorfull processing techniques on Right hand column, which let you know UCM processing techniques & your stations liabilities. It is only you, directly controlling our machine with TTY messages (Telex) so called UCM & SCM , I just monitor & read statistics you provided to the machine as input. |
| If I am not providing you details of units which I despatched on various flights but not gave OUT UCMs, will they remain on my inventory. |
| Yes!.. It will remain on your stations inventory till other or receiving stations not in it through IN UCM, if so than it will be autmaticcally updated and unit will leave your stations inventory, if other station also not received it through IN UCM, than it will be in your stations inventory. Till you do not advise its despatched details through OUT UCM or to ULD HDQ, then how its movement will be possible. So OUT UCM or despatched details are very necesarry. |
