Aging is a process of life, learning new things about ourselves, new concerns & needs.
*Tips For The Aging*
1. Pray and meditate on God's Word daily.
2. Develop a thankful postive attitude.
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. Eat nutritious meals, fresh fruit, & vegetables.
5. Cut out the fat & make suer to choose items from all the food groups.
6. Listen to some soft music or gospel music.
7. Focus on embracing your aging process & grow in yourself as you age.
8. Walk for exercise.
9. Add moisture to your invironment, humidifiers can help replenish moisture in the air.
10. Use moisturizer for your skin.
