                                                         Falcon

Falcons are carnivorous birds that are known for their hunting skills. They can thrive on any type of region. They are known to fly long distances each year and are hence given the name falcon which means to migrate. Falcons are an endangered species due to the use of DDT and other chemical pesticides.

                                                                        
Ferret

The ferret is a carnivorous mammal that dwells around human habitats. They feed on other rodents and small mammals found in field. They are solitary animals and usually live alone. They give birth to 7-8 young ones at a time. They are an endangered species.

                                                                      
Flamingo

Flamingos are large omnivorous birds that move in flocks and colonies. They are pink in color with a long slender neck. The falcon usually feeds on small or medium sized fish and insects. Fox

Foxes are omnivorous mammals that are a relative of the dog. The fox feeds on rodents, small birds and fish. When nothing is available it feeds on the left overs of other animals. Hummingbird

The hummingbird is a beautiful multicolored little bird. It can flap its wings 55 times a second and fly upside down and backwards. It feeds on the nectar and pollen of flowers. It also feeds on small insects and worms. It can eat twice its body weight to sustain its high frequency of wings.

                                                                              
Frog

Frogs are very common in marshy and swampy areas. They are of various species. Some frogs are even poisonous. They have large round eyes that can rotate 360 degrees and do not have a neck. They are carnivorous and feed on insects and worms. Their color and appearance vary with their surrounding and habitat.

                                                                            
Goat

Goats are herbivorous mammals. These animals have been domesticated since ages for their meat and milk. Goats are of various species. Mountain goats are sturdy, have thick fur and long beards. They shed their fur in summer. They have long sharp horns that are used for fighting.

                                                                            
Gorilla

The gorilla is an omnivorous mammal that’s now an endangered species. They usually live on the ground but are often seen on the trees. They move in troops and each troop has a leader. The leader organizes eating, tree top swinging and other activities. These animals are usually calm and non aggressive but can prove violent if disturbed.

                                                                           
Iguana

The iguana is a herbivorous reptile. Though they look ugly and ferocious they are gentle and timid. The have short snouts and spiky dorsal scales that make them look aggressive. They have long sharp claws used for clinging to rocks during heavy currents. They have special glands that purify their blood of the salt that they ingest while feeding.

                                                                              
Hippo

The hippopotamus is a huge herbivorous mammal that spends most of its time submerged in water. This helps them cool down their massive bodies. They bask in the sun and secrete a red oily substance that moist their skin. They are good swimmers and can remain under water for as long as five minutes.
