Seal
The seal is a carnivorous mammal. They live on the shore of icy water bodies. They feed on aquatic creatures like fish, squid and shrimp. They are of various species and usually live in large colonies. They live on land but can also swim in water.

The sloth is a herbivorous mammal. They are the worlds slowest animals. They spend most of their time hanging from branches. They are so slow that algae grows on their fur and gives a greenish color that camouflages with the trees. They eat fruits, nuts and leaves.
Snake
The snake is a carnivorous reptile known for its poisonous bites. All snakes are not poisonous. They are of various types and live both in land and water. They roam in fields and feed on small rodents and frogs. Big snakes can also swallow a whole buffalo by chocking it to death.
Squirrel
The squirrel is a herbivorous mammal. They live in human habitats. They usually live on trees and feed on nuts, seeds and fruits. They give birth to 10-12 young ones at a time. They are harmless creatures and scared of human beings. Humans often make pet squirrels.

The tiger is an endangered carnivorous mammal. They are an embodiment of power and strength. The Bengal tiger in India is known for its magnificent looks. Tigers are hunted for their beautiful fur. This has made their number go down. They live in groups of 6-8 comprising of a female, males and cubs.
Toucan
The toucan is an omnivorous bird found in South Americas tropical forests. They are very colorful and have a large beak. They live in flocks of 6-8. They nest in tree trunks. They feed on fruits, small birds, insects and even eggs.
Turkey
The turkey is an omnivorous bird. It is United States national bird. It feeds on fruits, nuts, insects and lizards. They live in forests and even grasslands. Turkey is domesticated for its meat. They male turkey displays colorful fan like feathers to attract the female.
Turtle
The turtle is an endangered carnivorous reptile. They are found in rivers, lakes, ponds and even canals. They can remain submerged in water for long hours. They are killed for their flesh. They feed on small fish, fish eggs and other aquatic creatures. They are mild in nature. |
