| Agassiz Park Lodge Located beside picturesque Riding Mountain, on Highway 5, right next to the bus depot.The 25 rooms are rated 4 Stars, and have direct drive up access. There is a variety of room styles including a wheelchair/handicap friendly room. All the rooms have air conditioning, 4 piece modern baths, room phones with free local calls and internet access, Cable TV and car plugs. Some have refrigerators and coffee pots. Vendor is available for guests. There is also VCR rentals with complimentary movies. The Lodge is wheelchair friendly with assigned handicap parking. There is a large, well lit parking lot that accommodates snowmobiles, and commercial and domestic vehicles. There is also a Laundromat, VLTs, ATM, and Business support services. It features a fireplace Cocktail Lounge, licensed Patio, Dining Room and banquet facilities for 90 as well as a licensed restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. This family owned hotel features a bar complete with big screen TV, pool tables, VLTs and dart boards. Vendor is also available. The Mountainside Inn also features a licensed hot tub room and an on-site restaurant. There are various forms of entertainment all year round to suit everyone's tastes. In the summer, guests are welcome to sit outside in the licensed patio. In the winter, the Mountainside Inn often hosts poker derbies.
