Vision
McCreary / Alonsa Health Centre is comprised of a 13-bed hospital, 20-bed personal care home, and a two physician clinic, located on spacious grounds along Highway 50.
Personal Care Home
Adjoining to the hospital is the 20-bed personal care home with private rooms. Special programs and church services are held weekly for the residents and for patients in the hospital who wish to attend. An activity program is also available days, evenings, and weekends. Weekly, resident's rounds are made by physicians. Other services available are mental health, occupational therapy, foot care, dietary and geriatric consultations.
Ambulance Services
McCreary has one ambulance that is based in McCreary and is staffed 24/7. All calls through 911 are dispatched from Ste. Rose.
Handi-Van
Services from Monday to Friday for McCreary and District. An 11-passenger bus and 4-passenger van are available for rental at a nominal fee.
Other Services
Home Care and Public Health has an office in the facility and operates both programs under Community Health. The office for Support Service for Seniors is also based in the hospital. They provide services such as Lifeline, friendly visiting, private house cleaning and Telecheck. Support Services for Seniors provides a congregate meal program and is run out of Mountain View Home seven days per week and is available to the seniors and disabled in the community. A meals on wheels program is also offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Pharmacy
Located in the business area is the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist resides in McCreary. The Hospital pharmacy is supplied by Ste. Rose Hospital pharmacy and is serviced by the local pharmacist of McCreary. Pharmacy services to the personal care home are provided and serviced by the local pharmacist.

Mountain View Lodge
The elderly persons home for independent seniors is available for those who wish to be in a social housing environment. Accommodations offered are eight single and four multiple suites. A congregate meal program is offered and prepared seven times weekly through Support Services to seniors of Manitoba.

Hospital
The hospital offers primary, chronic, and respite care. There are five double rooms, one palliative care room which includes a single bed, kitchenette with sitting area, and a lounge. There is also one respite room and one other single room that is used as observation. An adult day program is also run out of the hospital offering programming to participants twice weekly. There is an outpatient department and two well-equipped emergency rooms capable of handling all types of casualties. After stabilization in some cases referrals to larger centres may be necessary. The hospital also offers part-time Laboratory and X-ray services. The facility has a consulting dietician that is available on a regular visiting basis as well as a mental health worker for geriatrics, adults and children/adolescents. A Chronic Disease Prevention Initiative has been expanded to McCreary in 2005-2006. A Diabetic Education Resource Team visits the facility regularly and provides Diabetic Education. The facility has also started to run Diabetes Risk Factor and Complications Assessment Clinics with a trained team including nurses and physicians.
Clinic
The two-physician clinic operates Monday through Friday and patients are seen by appointments or as a walk-in. A mental health worker for geriatrics, adults and children/adolescents can be accessed by a referral. A visiting dietician can also be seen by referral appointment.
