FISHING - Pickerel, Pike, Perch, White, Rainbow and Lake Trout
can be caught in Lakes Manitoba or Dauphin, the Turtle River, or
lakes in the National Park. CANOEING and BOATING enthusiasts
also find fulfillment in these waters.

HUNTING - With an abundance of deer, elk, moose, ducks, geese, migratory and upland game birds, McCreary is definitely the place to go for a successful hunt. A resident TAXIDERMIST can preserve that trophy catch! Licensed guides that live in the area are also available.

BIRD WATCHING, BUTTERFLY COLLECTING, and WILDLIFE OBSERVATION offers rich rewards in this geographically unique area provided by the wide variation of altitudes.

A
NINE-HOLE GRASS GREENS GOLF COURSE and a DRIVING RANGE are located 5 miles west of the village on Highway #361, on the slopes of Riding Mountain National Park. Cart rentals are available.
