MEMBERSHIP FORM To join the Volks 'R' Us VW Club, please print and complete this form. This form can be only viewed and printed using Acobat Reader. You can download Acrobat Reader by clinking on the link below. This link will direct you to the Adobe download site. Once you have you reader in place, you can print out the form and mail it to: Volks "R" Us Include your cheque, made out to Volks 'R' Us for the appropriate amount. Club Membership fee is $ 35.00 per year. Membership runs from January to December. Members joining during the year must pay the full amount and will receive all back issues of the newsletter for the current year.
