Resume
Technology facilitator is in a position of helping, training teachers and school librarians to use technologies in their daily teaching practices. In order to do so, the technology facilitator her/himself has to keep in the front edge of technology. I have been taking all of the professional training opportunities, such as it is shown in my “program of study” statement. In three years I have been taken and finished 300 hour plus of qualified professional development hours. Those training programs cover a vast range of technology related areas.

But, just use technology by her/himself is not enough for a technology facilitator, s/he has to “model it use for others to nurture student learning (Twomey etc. p. 45).” My artifacts Google doc: “UOP Process: The First Step toward the Success of Teaching with Technology, Creating Student-Centered Classrooms” and Podcast: “Hoboken” are two of such models I made to show to teachers and librarians on how the technology can be used in teaching practices.

Using technology to communicate effectively with teachers and librarians is another important indicator for a qualified technology facilitator. My artifacts of on-line tutors, aimed on “communicating concepts, conducting research, and solving problems fro and intended audience and purpose (TF-V.C.6).” The feed back from our teachers showed that those on-line tutors are effective and been wildly liked.
