WebQuest
After the introductory video lesson, your team will start to:

1. CHOOSE  the state (NJ, NY, CA, ...) you will work on;

2. SEARCH the webs and the data bases on the state of you choIce, find the average SAT-MATH scores from year of 1996-2005. A list of suggested (you are encouraged to find and use your own webs and data bases) webs and data bases are listed in the link of "Resources" on the left;

3. OBTAIN the data you need and CREATE a spread sheet,  ENTER the data to the spread sheet;

4. GRAPH the data --- scatter plot first, then make a best fit line through the data points;

5. WRITE the linear equation form the line you drew, CALCULATE the rate of change (the "slop" of the line);

6. PREDICT the SAT-MATH score of 2010 based on the linear you've obtained;

7. INTEGRATE all of the above information, plus a brief conclusion (and any commets you think are important) to your five(5) to seven (7) minutes POWER POINT presentation; You are encouraged (extra creadit possible) to stretch your imagination and talent on incorporating multimedia technologies, such as adding sound, music, video..., in to your presentation;

8. ASSEMBLE a pinted version of the project of your group, which will be collected at the completion of the class presentation.

9. PRESENT your group projct in front of the class.
