Hello everyone and welcome to the new layout for my website. First of all, thank you for coming. I very much appreciate visitors and would love if you would sign my guestbook on the way out. The new theme of Wendy's NeverLand is the Darling Nursery along with victorian toys and the Peter Pan's Flight melody from Walt Disney World. I can not take credit for the beautiful layout and amazing picture done for this page. The layout is the work of Alice Hawkins and the art was done by Amy Paulson. I will add links for you to contact them and to get to their webpages soon. Please take a look around and have fun. Please report any kind of error you have found here. THANK YOU |

Here's a little history of Wendy's NeverLand... Wendy Darling has never really been a very popular character among the hundreds of other Disney characters. I have always been a Wendy fan and would often do searches to see if anyone had built a Wendy Darling website on the net. After a little over a year of searching and waiting nothing came up, so summer of 2002 was when I finally decided to create my own website for Wendy. Knowing nothing about website creating I just threw a design together GeoCities Page Builder and continued to add more pages. I had also been saving just about every Wendy Darling picture I found, so I had 300+ pictures that I could use for a website. After a few weeks of working on the computer Wendy's NeverLand was completed. The visitors came in very slowly for a few months and I thought no one had any interest in my website, so I thought of taking it down. However a friend convinced me that it would eventually pick up some popularity and I just had to wait, so during that time I joined a few webrings... Then it began to pickup; now late fall of 2002. There were only about ten visitors a day, but I could tell people were beginning to take notice. By winter of 2002-2003 Wendy's NeverLand had recieved quite a few awards, recieved over 1800 hits, and was visited by over 30 people daily. By the end of the summer I wanted a new format for the website, so I took it down just until the new layout was created. Slowly school began to take over and I just had no time to work on it. Then in fall 2003 I recieved an e-mail from someone who I had corresponded to create Disney Dollz that she was willing to make a new layout for my website. Thrilled that she would do this I had her make this new layout. Because it had been down so long people have almost forgotten about it, but I have linked it back up. Hopefully it will regain the popularity of its past as the new pages are added. From this website I have brought many Wendy fans together and even made a few friends myself, so I hope to see some new visitors. Thank you for visiting everyone! |
