We feel that this hotel has a lot to offer--free wireless internet in public spaces, a free shuttle to and from DCA, indoor AND outdoor pools, direct access to the Metro--and the price is great for D.C. during tourist season!
In room internet access is available for $9.95/night. But the public spaces have several lovely seating areas where we can use the free wireless, so you may not even need to request the internet service!
Breakfast is available (but NOT included) in the Concierge Lounge. Or, take a few moments to pick something up in the underground shopping area on your way to the Metro. ***Please be aware that the Metro does NOT allow eating or drinking in the stations or on trains. There is a great little shopping center underground--including a Rite Aid pharmacy, several gift shops, and restaurants.
There is onsite valet parking ($22/night) or self-parking ($16/night). Alternately, there is parking for the offices & shops connected to the Crystal City underground network. This parking is free after 4 PM on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
A short walk will take you to an charming neighborhood known for its range of international cuisine. A few blocks away is the Pentagon City Fashion Mall. The hotel is less than a mile from the Pentagon.
