I wished to have something shorter to wear over my Simple White Cotte and something which would be easy to adjust. So I started on something one a afternoon, when my parent were gone, and changed the kitchen in a workshop. I love to do that. Pattern I have used a sleeveless t-shirt as a pattern and simply did the pieces longer. It only has one piece in the front and one in the back. Because my pattern was a sleeveless Tee, I used McCall’s 8937 for the sleeves. To make it adjustable, I put eyelet on each side, 20 per sides to be exact. Fabric It was made with the same unknow fabric than the Short Green Bustier and it took about 3 m to make it, but I’m not really sure because I didn’t count. Advice Put a lining inside and be patient when you put the eyelets in. |
