The metal industry has many very hardcore bands like Slipknot, Slayer, Soulfly etc. but Hatebreed is the newest hardcore metal band on the sceane. The extreme heavy metal with angry lyrics makes Hatebreed fit right in on the heavy metal industry. Hatebreed's first album "Satisifaction Is The Death Of Desire" booasted the garage/backyard metal band to success. The debut single "Before Dishonor" topped a few rock charts, and lots of metal charts. Five years later Hatebreed after another album with the new album "Perserverance." The first single was "I Will Be Heard." The song is an aggressive, rebellious, angry, heavy song. The song was big on rock radio. It landed the album "Perserverance" at #50 on Billboard. "I Will Be Heard," and "Before Dishonor" are both preformed live like most metal videos [Slipknot, Soulfly, Sepultua etc.] Hatebreed have toured on the Jailhouse Rock 2 tour with Biohazard, Throwdown, Full Blown Choas, and Agonsitic Front. Hatebreed had had the oppertunity  to play with Soulfly, Motorhead, Danzig, and with the legendary Slayer on the tour to celebrate Slayer's new album in 2001. They also toured on Ozz-Fest 2000 with Pantara, Taproot, Queens Of The Stone Age, Disturbed, Punpjack, P.O.D., Primer 55, Kittie, Methods Of Mayham, Pitchshifter, Incubus, Static-X, Slaves On Dope, Rievelle, Shuvel, The Deadlights, and Godsmack. Hatebreed took part in Ozz-Fest 2001 with Black Sabbath, Disturbed, Papa Roach, Crazy Town, Otep, Slipknot, and more. They also were a part of Ozz-Fest 2002. Ozzy, Black Lebel Society, Drowning Pool, Adema, P.O.D., Chevelle, Lost Prophets, System Of A Down and more were a part of the act. See full list here. Both times they were on the second stage. Singer Jamey Jasta produced heavy-hitting metal band Sworn Enemy's debut album "Sworn Enemy." Sworn Enemy will hit Ozz-Fest this year. Hatebreed are currently in the studio.
